- 24 Angel Bay Gourmet Meatballs
- 1 cup Greek style yoghurt
- ¾ cup fresh coriander, minced
- ½ cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1½ tbsp jalapeno, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. If the sauce seems too thick, milk can be used to thin to the desired consistency. It can then be refrigerated until needed.
Cook the meatballs according to packet instructions and serve with yoghurt dipping sauce.
