We are taking a break and for the next three weeks (from Monday the 22nd of December until Sunday the 11th of January) our online service won’t be operational.


The reason for this is we cannot guarantee the courier and delivery service during this timeframe.


We’re very sorry if this is an inconvenience to you – we have tried to find a solution however it is a tricky time of the year and we do want all our suppliers and key business partners to also get a break.

About Our Click & Collect Service:

Westmeat Online has a pick up option available from our Blenheim Road store in Christchurch. Just place and pay for your order before 9am Monday to Friday and your goods will be available for pick up from 4pm that afternoon. To arrange pick up simply check the “I would like to pick up my order” box in the shipping information section during checkout, your shipping and packaging costs will be voided.

Our Guarantee:

If you are not happy with any product you receive from Westmeat Online please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs).
