How do I shop online?
If you’re not sure how to shop online with Westmeat Online a great starting point is to check out our ‘How To Shop’ section on the website. You can access this page by clicking on the ‘How To Shop’ button on the main blue navigation bar at the top of the home page, or alternatively you can click here to be taken directly to this page.

How much will delivery cost?
The delivery cost is dependant on the size and weight of your order as well as the area of the country to be delivered to. Please go to the Delivery Details page for more information.
How do I find Westmeat Online Specials?
You can find out what the current Westmeat Online specials are in a number of ways:
- Signup for our newsletter by entering your details and subscribing to our newsletter on the website home page. Once you’re signed up, we’ll email you our regular specials, as well as other handy cooking hints, direct to your email inbox.
- You can access the specials directly from the website home page.
- And finally, we post our regular specials on our Facebook page.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes we do! If you are not happy with any product you receive from Westmeat Online please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs). Unfortunately, seven days after the dispatch of your product we are unable to replace or credit the goods. Please call us on 0800 692 882 between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday-Friday, or email us at
Can I order product as a gift for someone else?
Yes you can and it’s really easy to do. Simply order the product as you would for yourself, enter your own details in the billing address and the details of the person who is receiving the gift in the delivery details. If you would like us to include a card, just write your message in the notes box provided. And don’t forget our gift vouchers; these are a perfect solution for the cook who has everything.
