However, we are happy to take orders from customers overseas who wish to have the product delivered within New Zealand.

If the status of your order reads ‘dispatched’ on the website, you can contact Courier Solutions on 0800 771 747 or visit www.posthaste.co.nz to track your items. The tracking number of your order will be emailed to you as soon as it has been dispatched.
Please note Westmeat Online is not obliged by New Zealand Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please choose carefully.
However if you do, please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 692 882 and providing we can intercept the goods before they are dispatched with the courier, we will happily exchange the products ordered for other Westmeat Online goods or a credit note.
