Brink's trayed roasts are ready for the oven (after thawing), and this 800g Sage and Onion variety will please everyone.  Simply preheat the oven and place the chicken in for 35-40 minutes, until juices run clear.

 

Cooking Tips

Thaw, preheat oven to 190°C. Bake in baking dish for 35-40 minutes. Insert skewer into thickest part of the meat. If the juice runs clear meat is cooked.
